Carter Married: - Wife Maxine, 1 Daughter, Portia, son-in-law Derryn, two Grandsons, Derryn, Jr and Dylan Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Pittsburgh , Pa. 1986-1988 Harty  Bible School , Pittsburgh , Pa. 1982-1986 Bachelor Science, Business Management, Duquesne U,    Pgh  , Pa. 1971-1973 Associate Science,  Alleg    Comm    College , Pittsburgh , Pa. 1969-1971 Continuing Education Moderator, Youghiogheny Western Baptist Assoc., 2005 – 2009 1st Vice Moderator – YWBA, 2001-2005 3rd Vice Moderator -  YWBA, 1997-2001 Association Budget Creator, 1999 – Oversight of the Church through Pastoral Care while demonstrating integrity, commitment and a strong teaching emphasis through Biblical Preaching concerning stewardship and Community Outreach. Pastor of Antioch Baptist Church in Belle Vernon, Pa. for 16 years: - Oversee the executive administration of the Church; create an atmosphere where the people can develop a clear understanding of where God wants them to be in their relationship to Him, through a ministry of preaching and teaching the truth of God’s Word. Moderator   of the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association in    Uniontown  , Pa ; providing leadership to pastors and lay people in our endeavor to be a positive example to our churches and communities, that we can present a unified front as we uphold the principles with which the Association was formed. Assisted  a number of churches in the formulation of pulpit committee in their effort to secure a pastor. (2001-Present) 1st Vice moderator, Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association, worked closely with the Moderator in the facilitation of encouraging and energizing the people for service.Developed present system for budget formation (1997-2009) Served as the Financial Secretary and Sunday School Superintendent at the    Rodman    Street Missionary Baptist Church .
