Leadership Structure
Our organization is guided by a dedicated body of elected and appointed officers who work together to provide leadership, oversight, and direction in advancing our mission and strengthening our collective ministry.
Elected Officers
Elected officers are chosen by the membership and serve as key leaders responsible for helping guide the vision, governance, and strategic initiatives of the organization. These leaders serve four-year terms and work collaboratively to ensure the continued growth, stability, and effectiveness of the organization.
Appointed Officers
Appointed officers are selected to serve in specific leadership or support roles that contribute to the successful operation of the organization. These individuals bring valuable expertise and commitment to their positions and also serve four-year terms.
Duties and Responsibilities of Officers
Officers are entrusted with providing leadership and support that advances the mission and goals of the organization. Their responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and strategic direction
- Supporting programs, initiatives, and organizational activities
- Strengthening communication and collaboration among member churches and associations
- Promoting unity, fellowship, and spiritual growth within the body
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of conferences, meetings, and events
Spirit of Service
Those who serve in leadership positions commit themselves to a spirit of faithful service, integrity, and stewardship. Our officers strive to lead with humility, wisdom, and dedication while seeking to honor God in all that they do.
Through collaboration, prayer, and a shared commitment to the mission, our leaders work to strengthen fellowship among our churches and support the spiritual growth and impact of our organization.
Leadership is both a responsibility and a calling, and we are grateful for those who faithfully serve.
Scripture for Leadership
"Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve."
— 1 Peter 5:2
